+ What should I know before my first class?

We want your first class at VibeCo to be stress free and fun! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and we encourage you to take the class at your own pace and comfortability. We understand your first class can be intimidating, so we recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can show you around the studio and get set up on your bike by one of our staff members. This will help ensure the best experience during your ride!

+ When does the schedule go live?

Our schedule goes live every Sunday at 5pm EST for the following week.

+ What is VibeCo’s cancellation policy?

You must cancel your class at least 12 hours before your scheduled class time to avoid any penalties. You can cancel on your own using the VibeCo Cycle app or on our website when you are logged into your account. Late cancellations by package holders (including a drop-in) will result in the loss of a credit. No-show's by package holders will result in the loss of a credit plus an additional $5 charge. Late cancellations by unlimited riders will result in a $10 fee and no-shows by unlimited riders will result in a $20 fee.

+ How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. Joining the waitlist is like signing up for a class and you will need an existing package or membership to proceed. As bikes become available, they will automatically be allocated to riders on the waitlist on a first come first serve basis. Our system will automatically bring waitlisted riders into the class up until 30 MINUTES before class starts and you will be notified via email and will be able to see this on your app. However, you are more than welcome to reach out to us up to 15 minutes before the class start time to see if there are any available bikes. If no bikes become available, your credit will be put back to your account to use for a future booking. If you are pulled into class from the waitlist and do not show up, our standard cancellation policies apply. Please make sure you cancel your place if you no longer wish to be on the waitlist for a class. You can do this at any point, without penalty, unless you have already been added to the class from the waitlist.

+ Do you offer spin shoes?

Yes! For the safest and most effective ride, we require all customers to wear “clip-in” shoes. Our bikes are compatible with SPD and Delta cleats. If you do not have your own shoes, we have them available to rent ($3).

+ Do you have bathrooms/showers?

Yes! We have 2 bathrooms and 2 showers, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

+ Do you provide towels?

Yes! We offer complimentary workout towels for all classes as well as larger towels for our showers.

+ Do you sell water?

Yes! Bottled water is available for purchase at the front desk ($2). Or you can bring your own bottle to fill up at our filtered/refrigerated fountain (free).

+ What is your age requirement?

Participants must be aged 15 years or older to attend our classes.

+ Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in the studio and on our website/app. E-Gift Cards can be purchased on our website/app and will be sent via email to the recipient. If you would like to purchase a physical Gift Card, please visit us in the studio or give us a call.
